Livestock farming is considered one of the sectors of primary production with great potential for development that can contribute to the growth of the country's economy and the reduction of its trade balance deficit. A prerequisite for the development of livestock production is the availability of cheap and quality animal feed throughout the year. The cultivation of species that can be ensiled following proper practices can contribute to increasing the availability of cheap, coarse animal feed. The book aims to inform scientists and producers in this direction.
