I had difficulty connecting both earphones when I bought them. Initially, only one was working. The problem occasionally reoccurs. Often, even when the earphones are in the charged case, they do not disconnect from the phone (Xiaomi). So when a call comes in, I have to either rush to the case and take out the earphone from there or change the way I answer after the call is answered. Overall, their connectivity is nowhere near the level it should be.

So I sent it back because it was defective for an exchange based on logic. A month passed without any notification resulting in me sending an email to find out, they did not respond and I simply received a notification that they sent me a product, when the second product arrived I found that it was exactly the same, first it was visible and second the right earphone did not work, when I sent a message to the store they replied that they saw it working normally and that I was doing something wrong because I needed to connect the earphones to each other and then to the phone which does not exist, I had the same earphones and I know, it is not possible that all the earphones I had in my life had no problem and suddenly with these I have, I also took them to a phone store and they told me that the right earphone does not work (because they were stolen from me and due to the fact that I have no time I decided to buy the same ones again from the internet) they also told me to check the instructions that are in the box if I haven't thrown them away (a pointless response) so I have requested my money back and I am waiting for a response..

As soon as I opened it, I removed the stickers and placed the headphones back in the case, they connected automatically through the pop-up window!! Insane battery life but vulnerable to dropping (not due to poor application, but due to mishandling). Great value for money headphones and stylish. The only ones with in-ear sensors...... In all cases, after 7 months of daily use, they had a problem (low volume or difficulty connecting or disconnecting). The new ones I bought would charge the battery to 100% and as soon as I take them out, it would drop to 0%. I replaced them and the second ones did the same thing. Did you find this review helpful?I have had these headphones for a year. Back then, I bought them for 40€ but I believe it is the best headphone purchase I have made. They have very good sound quality (those coming from headphones with cushions may take some time to get used to it) and if you put them in your ear according to the manual, you will see that they do not fall out and sound better. In one year of use, I have to say that they have never decreased in volume, and I use them for many hours a day (the battery is satisfactory, I have to say that here), even while sleeping and the headphones withstand it. However, the problems started last month, as the volume on the left decreased and one speaker on the right burned out (at least I think so) and the battery runs out half an hour earlier than the other. Despite all this, these headphones are "dogs," full value for money, especially at their current price (around 25€). You will hardly find similar build and sound quality at this price, even in older models. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Did you find this review helpful?One of the positive aspects that impressed me about the Redmi Buds 3 is that they fit well in the ear compared to other earbuds from different companies that require screwing in like earplugs, giving you that awful feeling of your ears being blocked. They last for several hours and charge even faster with the type C. Additionally, they have a compact design, so they can withstand drops and bumps on the floor and asphalt, both the case and the earbuds.
As for the negatives, if you bend down with these Xiaomi earbuds, they sometimes fall out, but fortunately not while jogging. Another negative point is that the volume is not sufficient when you are on the subway and the train is at maximum speed, so you miss out on the sound for about 20 seconds, no matter how loud the volume is. Perhaps this happens with all earbuds though. Another issue is that sometimes one of the earbuds gets disconnected, and you have to put both of them back in the case and reconnect them via Bluetooth to fix it. In general, to establish a Bluetooth connection, you definitely need to pair them (put them in the case for broadcasting), and they don't automatically connect easily as soon as you take them out.
I give them 5 stars despite the mentioned issues because considering their cost, I believe Xiaomi does not deceive.
