It broke after 4 days. The intensity of it (even at maximum) is almost non-existent, while before you couldn't even bear it until the middle. You can't return it if you have opened the packaging, which of course makes absolutely no sense. Before it broke, it seemed to do the job.

It is an excellent product for good maintenance... of course for whatever we can do at our home... Useful... with many different functions... It is good to have it in our homes!
