It does exactly what it's supposed to do,
I use it on servers to connect to an old KVM, they work flawlessly.

I got it to use with an old mechanical keyboard (Chicony KB-5191). It works without any issues. I haven't tried a mouse because I'm not interested.

It does its job, so dozens of old keyboards that would have been thrown away can be utilized. It worked immediately on Windows XP Pro, without drivers.
