Is it possible to put maltodextrin in baby food? Table sugar has a glycemic index of 65 while maltodextrin has a GI of 90-105. Read about the negative effects of this sweetener and you definitely won't give it to your baby again. It also contains palm oil, sunflower oil, and rapeseed oil. Simply UNACCEPTABLE to feed babies with such garbage, I will not buy it again.
