Make productivity portable with the ThinkVision M15. The form is designed to extend and match the screen surface of many laptops. Lightweight and thin, it weighs only 860 grams and is just 6 mm thick, making it ideal for multitasking in multiple views, such as spreadsheets in the airport lounge or sharing a presentation with a prospective client in a restaurant.
Equipped with two identical USB Type-C ports, the monitor provides users with Power Pass Through capability. This means they can power both the monitor and the laptop with one power adapter, up to 65W, connected to one port with a USB Type-C cable connected to the computer from the other port.
Alternatively, they can simply power the M15 from the laptop using only one USB Type-C connection. With safety always at the forefront of ThinkVision's attention, the portable M15 monitor is equipped with Low Blue Light technology certified by TÜV Rheinland, which protects users from eye strain caused by certain frequencies of blue light. Simply activate it with the press of a button.

I have it for over a year. Decent monitor for travel and as a secondary screen for a laptop. Compact construction, very clever and ergonomic design with the foldable stand that has enough rigidity to adjust to various angles and easy to use through the plug n play USB-C port. It also comes with a very nice soft case to protect it during transportation. It easily fits in a backpack and I mainly use it as an external screen for Steam Deck or as a second screen for a laptop. It also works great with a smartphone. The incredibly useful feature is the second USB-C port with PD (power delivery) function, which means you can connect your device's charger there and power it. It is very useful for a mobile phone or Steam Deck since they only have one port, so when you occupy it with the screen, they wouldn't be able to charge simultaneously otherwise.
Now, although it is okay for casual use, I can't think of many tasks that are above average. For design programs (Photoshop, Lightroom, color grading applications, etc.), it performs poorly with colors that don't respond well to reality and a very limited color gamut (45% NTSC). For gaming, it's fine, but the response time is quite slow for something serious. Overall, the image appears somewhat washed out, the blacks are not truly black, the backlight has significant bleeding and is not uniform, the brightness is quite low, making it prohibitive for outdoor use (but fine indoors), the viewing angles are average, the matte finish diffuses bright sources from behind you, and in some angles, it makes it difficult to see. Additionally, there were moments when I missed an HDMI port to connect it to other devices, and it would have been convenient to have a headphone jack (it doesn't have built-in speakers). Perhaps it's challenging to achieve better performance in such a compact design, but at this price range (220-270 euros), there are portable monitors with better image quality and multiple ports. Ultimately, it is a decent solution as a secondary screen, to have it next to you playing a video while working on your laptop screen, checking files or Excel, but only up to that extent.
