I have had them for several months now. When they remember to play, they play perfectly, but very often they do not connect to the Xbox. It throws a message that they are connected and disconnects them immediately, and it keeps doing the same thing continuously. I tried to pair them again with the Xbox, but to no avail; it disconnects them constantly, whether I restart or update, they simply do not connect. I have done a firmware update, but still nothing. It has now been 3 weeks since they connected only one day (presumably they forgot and decided to work). If I am doing something wrong, someone please let me know because I have been very frustrated with these. Oh, and Razer does not take them for repair - inspection because I bought them from Skroutz, and this store brings Razer products from parallel imports and not from Razer. Nice!

I have had them for about a month, I have no complaints, they are excellent both in sound and in the microphone I use for Discord. I have only noticed one negative aspect. The battery only lasts a maximum of 6 hours, so either I got a defective product or I am not doing something right in the settings. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with my purchase. Hellblade 2 sounded PERFECT with these headphones, and the clarity of my voice gave me goosebumps.

So far it is perfect for use on Xbox. The use of the application enhances the headphones in gaming.

You need to bring an Xbox adapter with you to connect it to the PC, otherwise you can't adjust anything, it doesn't connect through synapse but through a program from Razer in the Microsoft store, the strange thing is that I can't find the adapter because it doesn't exist.
