Cutting-edge technology in an elegant design for displaying your digital photos. This is how the DigiFrame 1019 is presented, with a 10.1" screen size (1280x800 resolution) IPS with LED Backlight technology.
It features WiFi connectivity and the Frameo app for smartphones (iOS/Android) from Braun Photo Technik, for easy photo sharing.
The expert in digital photo frames has not only bet on a sleek screen design but also on the Full HD video function. This means that the DigiFrame 1019 is ideally equipped for even more demanding video playback.

Image quality is good. Video does have sound but can only play 15 seconds. There is no battery backup so unit must always be plugged in. There is a negative issue with control. Images can be downloaded from your phone but all controls need to be carried out on the frame directly unless you pay for a subscription. This would allow control from your phone. Since this is for a remote relative I don't recommend this frame unless willing to pay for the remote access by phone.
After 7 years with my previous model, which unfortunately broke, I got this one.
Nice design, it looks more like a frame because of the border it has. The resolution is perfect, and the Frameo app is user-friendly.
The €90 is definitely not cheap; you are paying for the brand.
If you want something more affordable, there is a solution with similar features but from abroad and not Braun.
Very nice gift in general. We got it for my parents and it wouldn't hurt to have one in our own house to showcase our photos.
In terms of functionality, its use is quite simple. You always keep it plugged in, and if you want, you can add an additional 32GB SD card. The 16GB it has is more than enough. Imagine Christmas all together (I had connected the frame to the family's phones) sending photos from each person's phone.
I also added the frameo+ for 2 euros a month so you can view and edit the uploaded photos on the device from your phone.
Overall, it's a good purchase for a gift.
Nice, good, and honest product.
In the frame, those who have the app can send photos and videos, declare "friends," and are accepted by the owner who can block anyone at any time.
For example, I send photos as a "friend," and a message appears on the screen that someone has sent so many photos.
To play them, we need to press okay.
On the bottom left of the screen, it shows who sent the photo and when, and on the top right, the time and temperature.
It's worth it as something you don't see often in a home, office, or store, and it is also aesthetically pleasing.
You put your photos on a memory card, plug it in, and it plays whatever is inside. It has many options for how long to display each photo, how to switch between photos, and the videos play normally... It's worth it a thousand times
We got it as a gift for our parents! Wonderful construction!
Although we could find more affordable digital frames, we decided to buy this one as we wanted it to be user-friendly for our parents! Through an app, they can send any photo they want from their mobile phone at any time!
Very good choice!
Hello everyone. I bought this particular frame and it is very nice in every aspect. However, in order for it to be 5 out of 5 stars, we need to find a way for it to play at least 30 seconds of videos. It is very nice when you see photos, but when it comes to video .MP4 files, they cut off at 15 seconds. I know I might be asking for a lot, but there must be a way for them to play a little longer. If someone finds it, please let us all know. If I find it, I will tell you. Have a great day.
Very nice frame! You download the application on your mobile, pair it with the frame, and from there you can easily transfer photos and videos up to 15 seconds! You can edit the videos before transferring them, such as removing the sound and isolating those 15 seconds you want from the entire video! It's a good value for money and very modern!
I ordered two frames, one white and one black. Both of them gave me a hard time trying to upload photos.
The one frame didn't even recognize wireless networks and couldn't find any memory card I inserted, even though I made sure it was up to 32gb and connected it to a MacBook Pro 2017, but it didn't show up as a device.
I tried turning it off and on again around 30 times to see if it would fix itself, but nothing. Product return.
The second frame, which initially read the wireless networks and did a software update, worked fine for 3 hours. The only option to upload photos was up to 10 via Bluetooth.
Then it also stopped recognizing the wireless networks so I couldn't upload any more photos.
I bought one for myself and after seeing how good it is, I bought another one as a gift. I consider it to be the best choice for a digital frame, even at the current price of 100€. Firstly, it is beautiful and fits comfortably in the living room. Functionally, the Frameo OS is a well-designed software based on the Android operating system, providing easy Wi-Fi connection and language settings (supports Greek), date, time, location, weather info, etc. It has several settings for display (e.g. brightness, effects, and seconds for photo transition, default sound volume in videos, etc.), supports import/export from/to an SD card and connection to a PC, supports multiple timetables for on/off (e.g. opens Monday-Friday at 08:00 and closes at 23:00, has a different schedule for weekends, etc.), has photo management (delete, hide, rotation, zoom, etc.), and receives OTA software updates.
The loading of photos and videos, in addition to the traditional methods (SD, PC), is done through an application on the mobile/tablet, with which pairing is easily done so that you can upload content directly to any frame you want, no matter where you are. Uploading is very easy, while loading on the frame is automatic and immediate, storing the content in the device's internal memory (16GB). It comes with a relatively discreet power supply (black color) and a USB 2.0 to micro USB cable, which probably won't be needed anywhere.
If I were to find something missing, it would be that the mobile application only allows you to upload 10 photos at a time and is limited to simply uploading content. This means that you cannot make any settings on the frame through the application, and everything needs to be adjusted directly on the device's touchscreen.
The frame is very good - I would prefer a lower price than 90.00 euros. With the use of wifi at home, anyone who has a mobile phone can connect once and then send their photos simultaneously with others. You can send up to 10 selected photos simultaneously from your mobile phone. It is great that it connects to the computer via USB and can also take photos from its internal memory or up to a 32GB microSD card. It also connects for photo transfer with tablets (personally, I have an iPad) - obviously, it will also connect with other tablets. As for its durability, only time will tell.
Excellent choice at 75 that we closed.
I consider the 130 that is currently priced quite enough, but beyond the price as a product, it is very aesthetically pleasing, with easy handling and useful functions (direct image transfer from the mobile, on/off time intervals)
Excellent frame! Very good screen and easy sending of photos directly from mobile via wifi. Also very useful is that it has an automatic power on/off setting based on time without having to remove it from the power every night
