Description

Zinc is a component in more than two hundred enzymes. It plays an important role in the development and function of the reproductive system and in the integrity of the skin. It also helps in the effective functioning of the senses of taste and smell and protects the liver. It is essential for proper wound healing and the effective functioning of the immune system.

High doses of zinc can adversely affect copper levels (and vice versa). Although scientific opinions on the ideal copper-zinc ratio differ, for prolonged periods of use, a ratio of 1:7.5 and 1:10 copper to zinc is likely necessary.

Take 1 tablet daily preferably with meals.
