  2021: 1) I bought it because the drops smell bad during preparation and also as a taste, but mainly because if I have previously eaten yogurt or milk (with cereals), then something like a reaction occurs and I can't stand it at all, I have strong nausea and bloating so I can't sleep at all and I curse the moment I took the drops.
  2) With the capsules, this problem does not exist, of course, their reaction is slower but I bought 1 package from the internet and it didn't smell at all, while another package from the pharmacy (and both were not expired) as soon as you opened the lid, it had a bad smell, so something is going on.
  2022: These ones from the pharmacy bother me and sometimes I get diarrhea the next morning and dizziness, I feel like I'm on a ship (nausea) and I have gas. In the end, I don't use them again, THROW THEM AWAY!

  With 2 pills and you're cool for sleep.
