The compass is a little off, but not excessively so. The emergency knife, they mean a little tool that you have to scratch the flint, from which you have to scratch the black first to get it to work. The whistle is satisfactorily loud, but they should have put it towards your mouth while wearing it, so you don't have to take off the bracelet to use it. The size on the wrist is good in my opinion. It's not excessively big or small.
