I bought it to strengthen my hair and I didn't pay attention to my nails and skin. The best there is, especially for hair. From a personal perspective, since I've been using them for a little over 3 months along with some research on the internet, I have to say the following:
-you will take 1 pill/day, as initially, I've read that 2 pills cause quite a bit of dizziness, and you should know that with 1 pill, the job gets done PERFECTLY!!! Plus, it's more economical if you take 1 pill...!

Now, regarding skin and nails, I must say I don't notice any significant change, but I took them from the beginning mainly for my hair.
I bought the supplement because in the last few months I have been experiencing significant hair loss and my hair has become thinner and weaker, while I never faced such a problem and always had thick hair (perhaps due to early menopause at 30 because of malignancy). I have been taking it for a few days and I have noticed that I am not losing as many hairs. Additionally, although I have severe gastritis with many acid episodes, it has not bothered my stomach at all (I always take them after my lunch)! I am waiting to see how the treatment goes in the coming days!
The biggest negative point is that the capsules are extremely large and elongated in shape, making them very difficult to swallow. Specifically, I almost choke when I put them in my throat and I have to cut them in half to take them, so this is not very convenient or practical.
not the original. the tablets are white and has the different shape, the original are beige in grey speckles (usually buy it on iHerb but this time decide to try from here). and of course it does not work at all (took it during a month) while the original starts working 2 week after starting to use. very disappointed, have no photo because they are thrown away already.

I have had them for about a month now and I have started to see a noticeable difference in the hair loss problem I had due to my thyroid. I always take them with food, one in the morning and on some days, when I eat well, I take one in the evening as well. They have absolutely no side effects when you take one, one with meals, that is, according to the instructions. It is a very, very good product and it is a shame that it has such negative reviews. Hello from me, I also got the vitamin M pills that arrived, I was feeling tired in the morning and almost had dizziness, headache, nausea... unfortunately BUT the instructions say to take it with meals and when I tried it at lunchtime I didn't feel anything.. so whoever is bothered by it I guess they should take it with food. I will come back for the results.
For me personally, they are by far the best vitamins exactly for what they promise. I have tried 2-3 other companies, okay, but I will not change these specific vitamins again. Obviously, to see results, 1-2 months are not enough for any vitamin. I recommend them!
These tablets SAVED MY HAIR. LITERALLY. I am 43 and started experiencing hair loss at an alarming rate which made me go into panic mode. Knowing that every organism reacts differently, let me share my personal experience with the product. I was ready for minoxidil or a Norwood 2 hair transplant before trying it. After 3 months of use with 1 pill per day, I see a 20 or 30% increase in hair growth or a reduction in hair loss in the problematic area. Interpret it as you wish. Before starting finasteride pills and dealing with the known side effects and expensive minoxidil, it's worth giving something more natural a chance, combined with biotin.
I have been taking this supplement for years. I have a problem with hair loss and slight thinning due to polycystic ovaries. It doesn't promise "bushy" hair, but it definitely helps. Over time, I always see new growth and improvements in hair quality. My hair looks healthier. I haven't found anything better so far, except for another supplement on the market with similar results. I definitely recommend it, but make sure to eat something. I take it after lunch. It definitely causes some disturbance and I can't say that I have a sensitive stomach. With breakfast, it might bother me. So, with lunch, it's perfect.

Very good vitamins, I have seen improvement in my hair and skin from the first month. Personally, I did not experience dizziness and other side effects that were mentioned, and compared to the equivalent Bayer product, it is more effective
I couldn't take this vitamin due to its very poor design. They are hard, thick, and huge pills that are difficult to swallow and uncomfortable even if you cut them. It would have been better if I threw the money off the balcony... I bought another brand and felt relieved.
Well, no one should buy it under any circumstances. My hair was falling out 10 strands a day at most, but after 10 days of using it, morning and night, 2 capsules a day, a lot of hair is falling out. My hand is full of hair. If you take it, your hair will fall out faster than before. It doesn't work, don't make the mistake, you will regret it like me. Stay away!
I did not see any improvement in hair loss + they upset my stomach. I have tried vitamins from other brands for skin, hair, and nails with better results and without stomach discomfort. I do not recommend it.
They do an amazing job. In a patient who had almost lost all their hair after intensive care, in combination with Sebamed Hair Care Anti-hairloss Intensive Foam and Ducray Anaphase+ Shampoo, new hair grew. After a period of 1.5 years without using the above products (for other medical reasons), the hair has somewhat thinned because there probably needs to be continuity in the treatment with shorter intervals of abstention.
The 'miracle' substance here is MSM - this is a sulfur compound, which like other such substances in our diet, has various anti-inflammatory actions beneficial to us. One of these is that it strengthens keratin in our hair. What are some other beneficial sulfur compounds just to get an idea of what MSM is? Allicin from garlic, which makes it smell (sulfur) and makes it so cardioprotective, while in broccoli we find sulforaphane (I imagine you can smell the pattern). Both of these are available in supplements. A third, more well-known than supplements, is alpha-lipoic acid.
The rest here is somewhat negligible. The action is of MSM. Vitamin C helps the absorption of MSM while also having relative benefits but containing only a typical amount. MSM, informally, can also be found in powder form by the kilo (as a dietary supplement, of course, the same as this). You didn't hear it from me, but you will see a small difference in price. It is a cheap raw material and not some patented formula. The side effects, headaches, nausea, stomach, etc., mentioned by friends below, are notorious with MSM due to sulfur. For those who suffer from such symptoms, read a little on how to incorporate it - mainly you need to drink a lot of water and dilute the doses, day by day perhaps for a period. The symptoms are said, but I cannot confirm to you that it is our body detoxifying. Many people use MSM in much larger doses (we are talking about grams) for such purposes, it has a rather fanatic audience (with occasional devotion to "detoxification") and various horror stories from people who couldn't handle it at all. The dose of 500mg here is not large or feared.
If MSM works well for you, try sulforaphane. It also prevents hair loss, detoxifies the liver, is antioxidant, and may have anticancer benefits.
