I managed to try it at some point and at 180 it is one of the best jackets I have. Being a motorcyclist, it is very useful as it has both fleece and windproof features. The jacket was purchased for €160. The construction quality is really good and it looks nice. For temperatures ranging from 0-5°C, it is quite satisfactory. For lower temperatures, a serious layer or some extra thermal insulation is needed.

Nice and quite warm. It's worth it, although it's expensive. Of course, it's not puffy, but it's nice and compact. I wonder about the reviews that describe it as warm. Either they don't experience real cold or they are so happy with the logo that it doesn't matter if they get cold.
The jacket is comparable to a €60 jacket from mid-range brands like Admiral, etc.
It is windproof, but not waterproof, just resistant to rain. It gets soaked in heavy rain.
In terms of thermal insulation, it is clearly a mid-season jacket. It is simply inadequate for temperatures below 10 degrees. It is better to see it as an outer shell, a thin windbreaker. The fleece lining is a joke. You definitely need a serious middle layer.
The hood is incredibly uncomfortable. It has the design of polar hoods that tightly cover the face for cold weather, but given that the jacket is for spring, what use is the polar hood? All it does is obstruct your vision and squeeze your head.
In terms of construction quality, it is again comparable to a €60 jacket. The zipper started opening from the bottom on its own after a year, and the Velcro has worn out.
In short, it is a mediocre jacket that should cost at most €80. You are simply paying for the absolute mediocrity to have the fancy Northface logo on it and go for a coffee in the city center. It is useless for a trip to the mountains, a Central European country in winter, or in Athens during those 10 cold days in February.
If you are going to spend that much money on a jacket for cold weather, spend a little more to get a ski jacket on sale.

Oh oh oh.... The brand blinded me... I bought it when I was 15 and obviously wanted the jacket for the logo. And I would tell everyone "yes, yes it's very warm, worth the money". Now, 3 years after the purchase, I admit that I was influenced by those around me. Guys, don't do this.

This means that in winter, you will need to adjust the elastic band it has at the waist and the straps on the arms. This is just a piece of advice for when you get it.
