The phone is amazing!! In the first year, it didn't lag at all, it was just smooth. In the second year, the same, in the third year it lags slightly. The phone generally didn't lag much, but apart from that, I am to blame too because by 2024 I had reached 11k photos, I had 127 storage space out of 128, I had deleted quite a few photos and it had gone down to 115 out of 127 storage space. Anyway, in the summer of 2023, probably due to the extreme heat, it stopped working, and instead of getting a new phone, I went and fixed it for €100 flat, and again in the summer of 2024, it broke down??

The screen was turning black and the phone was functioning normally. After contacting the service, an issue with the motherboard was diagnosed and the dealership responded that there were no spare parts available. After continuous discussions with customer service and two months later, it was decided to replace the phone because it was still under warranty.

You can't have even 2 open applications simultaneously, the brightness has decreased and I don't understand why, the speaker for calls doesn't sound good at all anymore, and the battery drains much faster now (to be fair, the last one is understandable because I use it a lot). I noticed its durability since I have changed the lights in the falls and there is no scratch or crack yet, of course it still has the factory case and the screen protector (before I had an iPhone 11). I have had the phone for 1.5 years, since May 2022. In this short period, it has had the following problems:
- From the beginning, it would disconnect from mobile data, which would last anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 hours. As you can imagine, when you're out and searching for information on things you need to do, it hinders you. After a lot of discussion (and back and forth with the couriers), the service informed me that the problem only occurs (!!!) with Cosmote, which is 60% of the connections in Greece!!! The problem was resolved by downgrading the Android version. The solution worked, but it constantly gives me annoying messages to upgrade the software.
- The screen would go black while I was using it and wouldn't come back on unless it did so on its own. It could take 10 seconds or even 20 minutes. I couldn't even restart it. From what I read in other reviews, it's a problem that other lucky people have had. The phone has been in service for a month now, and they informed me that the motherboard is defective. Motherboards are globally scarce, and they don't know when it will arrive. Maybe in 3 weeks if we're lucky. I should mention that the people at the service center are very polite, and despite requesting to have stock of spare parts, realme doesn't send them enough pieces.
Imagine the problems it will give me once the warranty expires!!!
I think I don't need to say that compared to Xiaomi, it's like day and night....

Overall, in my opinion, it is value for money. The downside is that it overheats in some games and the battery, with usage, lasts only 1 day at most. It hasn't crashed or frozen so far. I bought it a year and a half ago when my old Redmi broke, and I can't say that I am very satisfied. The comment does not come from a phone expert, so just a few observations:
- If you like customization and themes, the Realme Shop doesn't have anything compared to the range of themes and fonts that Redmi had, at least from what I found.
- The resolution is normal, nothing impressive.
- The phone freezes as time goes by, for example, the screen freezes for a while and becomes unresponsive, then it unfreezes and it's okay. This can happen in simple applications like messenger or randomly. It's not too frequent or annoying, but it happens.
- The phone also freezes in the camera, and it seems like the camera triggers the overall freezing of the phone. This happens a bit more frequently, especially when using the 50M or PRO function.
- At first, my data didn't open properly, but I solved it by tapping the signal icon for a while, selecting SIM1, and choosing 4G/3G/2G (automatic) again, and it would unfreeze. Now this has been fixed and I don't have any issues with data recognition, luckily.
- It has fallen a few times and it's okay, I generally don't throw it away, but I wouldn't say it's fragile either.
- I don't have any issues with calls, but generally I don't make many calls.Overall, if it was my first smartphone, I wouldn't have a huge problem, but I can't say that I would buy it again. I would recommend spending a little more and going for something else.

It's worth the money, but if you want to be on your phone all day and have a lot of things on it, then spend 20-40€ more and get something better... decent camera... worth the money, but the battery drains quite quickly... it can handle drops and it hasn't cracked or scratched even though I'm a bit rough with my movements and it falls all the time. Clear sound during calls, it lags a lot when apps are running... don't choose it if you use your phone all day... there are better options with a little more money. For something simple, a little scrolling on the internet, a little Instagram and Messenger, and some music and about 300 photos, it's fine. I forgot to mention that it restarts on its own many times, if you also have a temper, don't choose it because if you can't control yourself, you'll throw it against the wall. As we said, for moderate use it's very good, but for teenagers who are on TikTok and social media all day, definitely not. A phone that satisfied me but you won't find it on the market (unfortunately because I would have bought it again) is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. It fell with force from a great height from my pocket and it completely broke, otherwise it's AMAZING!! In general, go for Xiaomi for something a little older (in my opinion). I expected more from a company like realme. First of all, it claims to have a 120Hz display, but it's barely 90Hz, and even then, it's useless because it drains the battery excessively. So, I keep it at 60Hz. The battery lasts only half a day, it constantly freezes, and it takes about a quarter of an hour to receive notifications from Messenger and Viber. It lags terribly on TikTok. The cameras are mediocre, and the ultra-wide lens is missing from all realme models. And many other negatives. I don't know if I would buy from realme again, considering that my previous c21 shut down after a month of use in battery-saving mode and never turned on again. Overall, realme is a mediocre company in the mid-range category. If I were to buy an expensive phone, I would go for Xiaomi or Samsung. I have bought many realme products like headphones and a watch, which were indeed very good compared to their phones...
Edit: After a while, the screen started flickering. If I leave it lying down without throwing it, it turns off and won't turn on unless I close and restart the phone. Sometimes it takes an hour to turn on, which means I won't be able to answer any urgent calls. It's unacceptable, and I don't know what to do because I can't afford to spend 200 euros on a phone every year
