  I bought it 2 years ago. It heated evenly and relatively quickly. The resistances were hardly noticeable. Until a little while ago, one side stopped heating. I disconnected the controller and connected it again. One side heated and the other did not. Tonight I’m glad I didn’t fall asleep early. I had it on when I saw sparks under the sheet. The cable burned, if I had been sleeping it would have caught fire. In one photo, you can see the beige sheet that has a brown mark from the sparks. I caught it just in time.

  I wonder how it is possible to manufacture a mattress with elastic bands that cannot "tie" it on the bed. The mattress protector is practically useless if it does not have bands to secure it. This particular one has some small corner bands, which of course do not "tie" it to the mattress at all. I had to come up with a workaround, cutting the bands from the previous mattress protector and tying it to this one.

  Without previous experience with electric underlays and after using it for about 1.5 months, I have been completely satisfied with its performance. Although the first setting warms up imperceptibly and may only be useful for maintaining the existing temperature, the next settings are quite effective. Especially the third and most powerful setting warms up in about 20-25 minutes. Having the bed covered and turning it on 20 minutes before sleep creates a very pleasant warm atmosphere. To the point where you need to turn it off afterwards because it feels too hot. For those who want this warmth throughout the night, the second setting is better or even better, the first one. Time will show its durability.... Also, personally, I don't feel the resistance much. However, even in a cold room, it gives the sensation of a higher temperature as it warms up the whole body. The single underlay has also proven to be very useful for sitting on the living room couch in the evenings.
