    Excellent for the money. While it is truly waterproof, it comes off easily with micellar water. Also, its brush can be used on both sides: the shorter side for applying the product to the lashes and the longer side for separation.

    I got it for testing but what a shame.
    It didn't satisfy me at all.
    It made my lashes look sparse and the brush gave me a lot of trouble.
    The lashes wouldn't lift at all!
    As for whether it's waterproof, I didn't try it, I threw it away after the second application.
