I'm not sure if it tackles the urinary infection on its own, but it definitely helps with the symptoms, especially if taken at night. I only take it when the symptoms have started, not for prevention. Due to its taste and smell, it makes me feel nauseous and I couldn't handle taking it continuously. During the day, I usually take other things, like Cystanil or Ouromanoz. The smell reminds me of milk mixed with orange juice. One trick I found to drink it more easily is to put it in a water bottle with a small opening instead of a glass. This way, the smell doesn't hit my nose all at once and I can drink it faster.

A saving tip that I wish I had discovered earlier: Drink it with juice! not with water! the juice somewhat masks the taste and it goes down much easier!!! I use the life apple-orange-carrot and I have calmed down regarding the taste issue. (it is mentioned that you can drink it with juice, that's why I tried it out of desperation) Other than that, guys, I highly recommend it. The most disgusting thing I have ever tried in my life. It took me over 12 hours to digest. I drank a packet mixed in juice around 10 in the morning and was nauseous until the evening. I ate again the next morning.
