They work perfectly - I bought some for a few Yealink IP phones - it comes with retail packaging and the price is excellent. Overall, the experience was better than the original cables from Yealink that I ordered (which were also significantly more expensive).

The product is as described. In its packaging. It looks high-quality. I hope it lasts because the damn (phone's) one it replaced surprisingly didn't last long!
