Why choose a vacuum cleaner with a canister?
By choosing a bagless vacuum cleaner, you automatically save money, as you no longer need to purchase replacement bags.
With a bagless model, you have the option to empty the bin directly into the trash, and thanks to the transparent bin, you can easily see when it needs to be emptied. Additionally, at any time, by viewing its contents, you can find items that may have been accidentally sucked up.

The worst purchase I ever made.. I've had it for 1 year. It has no power at all. It only sucks with the nozzle. With the sole, almost not at all. As I think about how much it cost and how little it worked, I regret it. Disappointment.
I chose Miele because I wanted a vacuum cleaner that lasts over time, and I got this model because I have a cat for years. I wonder how I lived all those years without it.
Initially, it is silent, it has many attachments that made cleaning the joints of the balcony doors and dusting the radiators a breeze for me personally. I don't have carpets, and I use the attachment for hair on the sheets, on the throws, the sofa, and the stool. These are spots where my cat lounges, and especially in the summer, it leaves its tufts. These hairs don't come off even in the washing machine, of course, and with this vacuum cleaner, it cleans the fabric and is ready for washing, just like the sofa collects hairs and needed thorough cleaning with the brush, something that is now a thing of the past.
The vacuum cleaner is powerful even on the medium setting; wherever it passes, I constantly hear it picking up little bits of trash while I don't see anything with my eyes...!! And now when mopping, I see the water slightly yellowed, while with my previous vacuum, I was pulling out black water and mop.
It is very easy to handle; it needs a filter change when it reaches the red, and all the other parts can be washed with a damp cloth!
Although I considered the vacuum cleaner expensive, I would buy it again! After all, I feel like I married it!
I feel like I made a very good purchase. It is powerful, especially the turbo brush cleans the carpets very well. It has a longer cord than my previous Miele vacuum. I just haven't figured out how the attachments are supported on the hose. I need to go to a store and have them show me.
I would recommend it blindly to anyone who has a dog at home, it is a game changer in terms of the quality and ease of cleaning the house. The vacuum cleaner delivers on its promises and even more. I was looking for something good because we have a little dog at home, I read the reviews and it was the only one without significant negative reviews on Greek and foreign websites. Despite being very expensive, I chose it. It definitely cleans about 50-60% more than the previous one, which was also of good quality (although old now). The carpets change color every time I use it (and because it is easy to use, I use it frequently), the bin fills up with hair, sweeping half the house, to the point where compared to the old vacuum cleaner, it's as if it didn't clean the house at all. I am amazed at how good it is. The turbo attachment and the turbo intensity I use on the thick carpet in the living room where the dog spends almost all his time, only need one or two passes to clean the carpet, it is incredibly effective. Special functions for carpet, rug, low or high intensity, marble, all of these are helpful and very easy to change and modify while cleaning. Within 15 minutes, you have cleaned the entire house. The small bin may need to be changed in the middle of vacuuming sometimes (a bit annoying), but on the other hand, it gives you flexibility between furniture, as it is smaller in size. The only negative is that, as usual, it is not the easiest thing to maneuver with it, like all vacuum cleaners of this type, but you have to lift it a few times.
First day of use and the vacuum cleaner seems excellent... very powerful, silent, easy to use, easily maneuvers around obstacles, the dustbin empties easily, and it has many attachments to clean carpets and cushions... the cat & dog brush is the best even without having a pet at home, as it collects hair, fluff, and anything else on the carpet that cannot be picked up just by vacuuming
I was quite reserved and hesitant about the effectiveness of this particular vacuum cleaner. I wanted a vacuum that would perform very well in cleaning carpets and sofas from the hair of the little dog we have at home, while also keeping the house clean. Secondarily, I wanted a vacuum that wouldn’t have the cost of changing garbage bags. In conclusion, I was left speechless by the cleanliness of the carpets (see what the vacuum picked up in 4 minutes on 2 carpets) from the dog’s hair. The carpets had been cleaned 2 days prior with the previous vacuum and were cleaned very, very well. It is indeed expensive compared to others, but the result it gives you and the expectation of longevity due to Miele makes you say that it was a good decision to have it. 19/8/24: After 1.5 years of continuous use, I would like to emphasize, as I did at the beginning of my review, that its effectiveness, especially on pet hair, both at home and in the car, is the best. HOWEVER: the savings you make from not buying bags, you pay for in filters that you have to buy every year. It has 2 filters (carbon and HEPA filter) costing 34 euros + 40 euros each / year. With this financial consideration, I believe that the annual use of the vacuum is expensive
Excellent! Very flexible, user-friendly, and does what it promises. It has a base for the electric brush on top of the vacuum, which helps a lot with storage, and it picks up hair better than any other vacuum I have tried so far.
I have two large dogs, and I highly recommend it without hesitation!
A very good purchase that is definitely worth its money for people with pets. It is very powerful and at the same time relatively low in noise compared to others. It is extremely efficient on carpets, pillows, and curtains in a house with 2 cats that shed a lot of hair. Honestly, for the first time, the carpets had no trace of hair after a good first pass. The attachments are useful for corners and objects and help you clean even in the most inaccessible areas. Miele excels in product design and this is mainly due to the excellent ergonomics of the bin removal, emptying, and easy cleaning of the bin, the weight of the vacuum cleaner, and the ease of handling. It is worth the extra money!
The name MIELE is a guarantee. I had an old model vacuum cleaner of theirs and it is still reliable even today. I made some changes to some broken parts and it cost me about the price of a new vacuum cleaner. Wrong choice... I decided to get a new one because I got kittens. The problem with it is that it takes more time to remove the hair than to actually vacuum. It's not so functional to try to slowly cut the hair with scissors and remove them by hand from the brush that is integrated into the soleplate for the hair
Really powerful, high-quality construction, I have never seen carpets so clean, I removed in 5 minutes from a carpet 1 wig of hair that I cut with scissors, and half full of dust and the previous day I had done the carpet with the old one...
We had tried other vacuum cleaners for 300 euros (Siemens, Bosch, Hoover) because we have cats and my wife kept saying "it doesn't clean the carpet well." We read about the Miele Cats & Dogs that "finally, we saw the color of the carpet" and we didn't really believe it.
Until the old one suddenly broke the day before yesterday and we had to get a new one. We were also considering the Rohnson Mamba 8 Pro, which is cordless, but the helpful employee told me, "if you want the carpet to fluff up and see it cleaner, not the cordless one." The cordless one is convenient, but not like the ones with a cord. So, I bought the Miele CX1. It's my first Miele vacuum. Since my wife was away, I vacuumed and, of course, cleaned the carpets. When I went inside, I saw the carpet, one that has a lot of black (which with the other vacuums remained gray, probably from the dust that stayed on it), and she finally said, "it has regained its true color!"
So yes, we are satisfied even though the idea of a cordless one seemed convenient to us, but it wouldn't clean the carpets. For floors and tiles, I believe the cordless one is fine. And for balconies. But for carpets, only a corded one
