    We bought it because we had an issue with reflux, and since we started using the food creams/soups, there has been some constipation. It helped with the reflux, I believe. As for the constipation, because it wasn't a big problem, we, with the agreement of the pediatrician, mix it with regular milk, so you can say how much to push in the opposite direction. We didn't have any issues with the taste or with the mixture clumping. It requires a little more stirring than regular milk, in lukewarm water. And we increased the nipple size because it is slightly thicker (where he used to drink with No. 2, we use No. 3).
