I ordered this cream along with the La Roche Posay Cicaplast Mains to try them comparatively. Xerand has a strong scent (whether it is nice or not is completely subjective), leaves greasiness for a long time, and you have to apply it frequently throughout the day to notice any difference. On the other hand, Cicaplast is the complete opposite and is almost odorless.

It was recommended to me by a dermatologist for my cracked hands that are rough and rough like sandpaper. It requires multiple applications throughout the day. I apply it almost every time I wash my hands, and I wash them very often due to the newborn. The positive thing for me is that my hands don't sting when I apply it like with other creams.

I bought Xerand and Cicaplast at the same time to be able to compare them. Both of them perfectly cover the feeling of "tightness" in my hands. For more serious cases, I believe Cicaplast will do a better job because it resembles petroleum jelly more and creates a film, while Xerand is the classic white cream.

While I am satisfied with the rest of the series, I did not like this cream at all! It softens them at that moment and, in the end, it does not improve the condition at all

Amazingly effective, this is the second time I buy it, it immediately softens my hands and they return to their normal state, as if it was made for me!

It is a very good hand cream, one of the best I have tried. However, the Lipikar Baume AP+ from La Roche-Posay, which is for baby skin, provides faster results in relieving cracked hands.
