I got it because my previous Dainese is literally immortal, so I counted on the company's build quality. The Brera is very beautiful, elegant, and easy to wear; it definitely doesn't look like a motorcycle jacket and can be comfortably worn in most everyday situations. As for its warmth, I found it average since at a temperature of 8 °C and below, at a speed of 100-110, I felt air passing through. On the other hand, during two heavy rains lasting 15'-20' at 80-90 km, not a single drop got inside. I wasn't convinced by the protectors on the elbows and shoulders. In the store, they told me that they are special protectors that activate upon impact, but I tried hitting a pole with my elbow and it hurt, so I wondered what would happen in a potential fall. I don't know what the reality is. Also important, it doesn't have a hook to hang it, making it difficult to hang without getting caught on the lining or the hood. The little logo on the sleeve seems dangerous to be pulled by bags, helmet cases, etc., and could tear the fabric. Practically, there is also the zipper that opens from the bottom, the zippers on the sides and at the bottom, as well as its removable hood. I hope that the build quality will be on par with the previous jacket.
Update 13/11/2024. From what I've read and observed, this is mainly a city jacket; it's not meant for travel. Hence the protectors. However, my conclusions about the protectors still hold. It's good for warmth in the city. If you wear it for walking, you sweat easily. I would like it to have adjustments for the waist and neck. The adjustments on the sleeves are not very well measured, resulting in gaps. Also practical is the pocket on the sleeve for a phone (you can feel it vibrating there, unlike in the large pocket), cards, etc. Overall, it has been quite convenient for me as I use it daily, whether on the bike or not. The little logo on the sleeve has already started to fade, although it’s not visible yet. We shall see.

Excellent, I haven't tried it yet in very cold weather because I bought it yesterday, but it is beautiful and very high quality, you can easily wear it for a drink.

Simply excellent! Simple, minimalistic, and elegant, it is comfortable to wear for a night out. It doesn't let anything pass through, neither air nor rain. I highly recommend it. It is worth its money and more
