  I received it on 13-1-2022. The spring is very hard. It takes strength to bend it, with the whole palm. Your fingers are not enough. As you bend it, you need to pay attention to the plastic base (when you have screwed it somewhere), putting one hand there. You should not only hold the mobile or tablet and shake it right and left, up and down, because the base receives a lot of pressure and probably(?) will break. Also, you cannot tighten it too much because the turns are plastic(!!!). The base could have been metallic. Then maybe it would be worth its money. I cannot say anything about the quality because I believe it needs to break first for me to judge the quality. I will come back if things change.

The arm is quite sturdy if you want to put it on a bed to watch a movie at night, especially if you've had your phone in your face countless times and your hand is tired. For 20 euros, it's okay with a warranty, but it's not worth it to spend more because with a lot of use, there is a possibility that the white elastic will loosen. However, find a good base when you put it somewhere that doesn't move, like a table, a shelf, or stuck to a wall, etc., and it will serve you well!

  Update: Today, March 1st, the item had a problem with the white part where the mobile phone or tablet stands. It has loosened quite a bit on its own and it seems like it has somehow broken, but on the inside, at the beginning of the white part. I don't know if it's due to the rotations, but I didn't do anything to justify the damage. I leave it there day and night, I only use it at night and for a short time. It has a 2-year warranty, that's what they say, so we'll see and wait for their response and I will come back with an update.
