Easy to use, good watts for quick results, I have dried onions, bergamot zest, mint, all perfect

Very satisfied! I actually wanted it for drying hot peppers and it does an excellent job. It's almost silent and the sound is at a low frequency, so you practically can't hear it unless you're very close. I plan on drying the seeds of the peppers (and other vegetables) in the near future. I haven't tried fruits yet, but I will do so at the first opportunity :)

It does a very good job. I got it for the bar to dry pineapple, oranges, limes, and grapefruits. I have also dried strawberries to turn them into powder for garnish in the glass. It dries the fruits in 12-16 hours depending on the fruit, giving them a crispy texture and providing a professional result with the fruits retaining all their aroma and flavor!
