I have had the phone for almost 2 years, in the first 6 months it started freezing and opening applications on its own, and the touch screen would randomly press itself. The screen is very fragile, it broke once and I had it replaced under warranty, but the same issues with the touch screen persisted. One day it broke again and I had it replaced at a Pakistani store where I had the option to choose a higher quality screen for 40-50 euros. Since then, the touch screen problem has not reappeared and everything is fine now. The battery drains quickly, but the Pakistani store owner told me that in the future, I can replace it with a 5000mAh battery if I want. The signal is good, but it's not meant for heavy usage

Unacceptable behavior, my charger broke and they replaced it. They initially said chargers only have a 6-month warranty, then changed it to 12 months, and finally replaced it for me. They sent it to me via courier at my own expense of 12€. The charger is the simplest on the market, not worth even five euros. They even charge for shipping in the service! Stay away from 20r 5g

It is good as a phone, it does what it promises and has no issues except for the Hotspot. It sends a Wi-Fi signal, but even though other devices can see it and the password has been entered, it does not provide internet. Tested with a PS5, another TCL phone, and a Samsung tablet. I hope my hands get cut off if I ever buy TCL again. It has never lasted for 6 months and the touch screen gets stuck to the point where you want to break it. It also freezes like a mobile phone for no reason, without even downloading a single application! I bought a Xiaomi for my wife for 70€ less and it is superior in quality. Also, it doesn't have a radio.

I was looking for a vfm smartphone and this particular phone caught my attention because of its storage capacity (128gb), its connectivity (5G), but mostly because of its price (I got it for 100€ due to a gift voucher). Well, the phone is great in everything except for its selfie camera, which doesn't have many options for editing the image. Personally, it doesn't bother me because you can download another camera app from the play store. Otherwise, the phone is fast for almost all tasks. I had some concerns about the brand name TCL because I come from Xiaomi and Poco, which are more well-known, but after reading online about the TCL 20 series, it was mentioned that it will receive Android 12 and security updates every 2 months for 2 years from its release, so I bought it and I didn't regret it because I was looking for a phone like this.
