After an adventure with the purchase through Skroutz, I went to a store directly, the product is very good, elegant appearance, clear screen over time, quick in preparing coffee, it brews it hot and the carafe keeps the coffee warm for quite a while, indeed there are no steam issues, and the adjustment with the coffee strength, you really see a difference from level to level. I am waiting to see how it works with the descaling when the time comes. One downside I find is that the coffee does not easily pour out of the carafe when it's towards the end. I end up having to completely unclip the lid and turn it upside down to empty it; otherwise, it leaves coffee inside.

Easy to operate and makes great coffee! The only thing I don't like is that it loses its timer information in case of power outage (like almost all electrical appliances). There are no instructions in Greek!
