However, when it comes to cutting a pill into quarters, that's when things get difficult. It requires quite fast and abrupt movements, otherwise the parts are cut unevenly. You have to place the pill in a specific spot, bring the "razor" on top of it, and then cut it abruptly. Due to habit, it doesn't bother me anymore. But definitely, for a larger person, don't assume that they will be able to do it correctly on their own. As for grinding, I can say that it does it with great precision and quite well.
