I had the vacuum cleaner for 2 years and it did a very good job - cleaning, mopping, I was quite to very satisfied.

Exactly 2 years after the first day it worked (more than 10 days) suddenly refuses to move, when until the previous day it had the same good performance as the first day. I cleaned it by opening access to its 'guts', tried to do a hard reset, remove the battery completely but nothing - the problem remains: while it seems ready to operate, as soon as I give a command for cleaning either through the app or by pressing one of the buttons on the robot, it no longer does anything, only the lights flash.

I sent it to Dreame's service and after they suggested I do all the steps I had already done, they told me they couldn't do anything since they don't have service in Greece. A quick search on the internet also yielded no results not even for unauthorized service centers for Dreame.

The 2 stars are for the very poor aftersales support. I will have to throw away a €600 machine but the next one I will buy will definitely have representation and service in Athens

Quite expensive, but it has the advantage of automatic bin emptying! It works with the Xiaomi app, operates on multiple floors storing up to 3 maps. It impressively avoids even small obstacles like socks or Playmobil(!), in normal or quiet mode it goes almost unnoticed, but at higher settings it can be annoying. The mopping is satisfactory for casual daily use, not if a pot of stew falls on the floor... Its consumables are priced similarly to others and are not a significant factor in choosing the vacuum since they change quite rarely (brush, filter, mop cloth, main brush, rotating dusting brush) and are sold in sets both here and abroad. At every stage, it announces what it is about to do (e.g., "selected room cleaning," "positioning," "returning to base," "charging," "auto emptying," etc.). If the battery runs out before cleaning (in our house about 150 sqm, it doesn't finish unless you have X2 or X3 settings for each area), it goes for charging and continues from where it left off. Overall, it has quite a few conveniences and is effective. You save on daily sweeping (perhaps even mopping if you want, but then you have to remove the cloth, which negates the advantage of automatic bin emptying) without having to deal with it. It dynamically joins the team of robots in your home (I mean washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and is the most impressive of all!

I bought it on 1/4/2022. Easy installation with the Xiaomi app (Mi Home). The house is large and has quite a few obstacles (furniture, boxes, decorations, etc.). It performed admirably in its task with only one pause where I needed to clean the cylindrical vacuum as it got stuck due to long hairs. Other than that, with standard suction, the sound was unremarkable. I was pleased with my choice because the cost is high, and in another case, I would have regretted it. It climbed onto carpets and thoroughly cleaned the entire house. My wife was thrilled. I will look into the consumables and will get back to you.
