I can say that it did a good job, but of course, since the machine has vibrations due to the road surface, I placed a thin aluminum sheet from the bottom of the wing along with silicone that withstands moisture, and the problem was solved. Of course, if the wing was completely broken, the device's staples would simply hold it in place, so I would definitely need to use a metal strip with strong silicone for stability due to the vibrations.

Did you find this review helpful?This particular machine caught my attention a year ago through advertisements on social media, and I hadn't considered buying it because it seemed like a "scam" and I didn't believe it would actually do the job it claimed to do. However, since everything here breaks, I found myself needing to fix the plastic handle of the toilet tank that had completely snapped in the middle due to age and wear (the plastic had turned yellow, meaning it had "melted" as they say...). I went through the trouble of buying it for 15€ and I must admit it did an incredibly good job for its price. Although I was skeptical about how well it would perform and was prepared to eventually buy a new plastic toilet tank, it proved me wrong in the end!
The trick I followed was to tape the two broken plastic pieces together and apply a generous amount of instant glue (like Logo, in this case I used the UHU equivalent) between the cut. I let the glue dry for about half an hour and then started the "surgery". After calculating how many wire pieces I would need, I inserted them into the slot and with a steady hand, it started to "bind" with the melting plastic. I used 3 different types of wire for better binding and it did the job very well. The cutter is relatively small for the hardness of the wires, but with a little force and caution, as they tend to fly off when cut, the job was done!
Finally, the photos show the difference before I cleaned the glue on the top part and after it was cleaned.Instructional video:

The most common use is repairing car bumpers or plastic parts on motorcycles. In my case, I repaired the freezer drawer of my refrigerator that had broken and I couldn't find a replacement for. Therefore, the glue gun was my only option and it literally saved my hands. It arrived just in time with all the necessary accessories and within five minutes, I started repairing the drawer. In no time, I completed the repair, trimmed and smoothed the protrusions from the wires, and the drawer fit back into place. I have no complaints about this machine, it does exactly what it promises. The included cutter, however, cannot cut anything.

You put the wire, press the button, it heats up the wire very quickly, you touch it to the plastic which melts very quickly, you release the button, wait a little for the plastic to cool down, and pull the gun. The wire is released and remains stuck to the plastic. I tried it as soon as I opened it because they had put a simple bag on the outside to send it and it had broken in one corner. I repaired it with the gun itself! The wires are steel and strong. There are enough bags, but you can buy more afterwards. The cutter that comes with the box is useless. It doesn't cut the wires. I tried it with two and it made two notches. Good only for stripping cables. I don't know how long the soldering iron will last, but for now, I am satisfied! Get it!

I have repaired a large car bumper that broke from a fall (and I tested it on a trip with a full load), two broken chair legs, a lamp base, a large plastic box, and more. It saved my hands and I wish I had discovered it years earlier. The package contains the 4 basic types of connectors and there are enough pieces for someone who will do one repair per year, but I bought extra bags with the wavy ones from elsewhere, which are also the most useful. Tip: after cutting the terminals (which is actually easier with a better cutter than the small one in the package), sometimes a little filing is needed at the cutting point to prevent it from cutting or getting stuck after installation. If you do this as well, the result is professional!
