It comes unassembled without instructions, it doesn't look like the photo, it is quite small and very uncomfortable (it doesn't fit well, I can't imagine the pet fitting in it either..). The zippers are stuck and the back straps are loose and weak, we couldn't assemble it. It also doesn't seem safe at all. It is made in China, and although that doesn't mean anything on its own, its materials don't make it reliable for pet transportation. It is definitely not worth the nearly 60 euros we paid, let alone the 80 euros it is sold for in other stores! We returned it.
