I ordered the package for the Epson WF3620 and the delivery was made promptly by the store. During the replacement of the ink cartridges, I only had an issue with the black ink. I contacted the store by phone and explained the problem I had. After discussing it with them, they guided me on the steps I needed to take, and when the problem persisted, they sent me a new replacement to my house the next day. With the new replacement, I had no issues at all.
