Unique ornamental plant originating from Namibia with characteristic long stems that bear green bead-shaped leaves, hence it is known as "String of Pearls". Suitable for both bright indoor spaces and outdoor areas. It needs space to grow. Ideal for hanging baskets or to hang from a shelf. It can also be planted in compositions with other succulents in tall decorative pots. Very easy to maintain. Related species to Senecio herreianus (String of Beads). 

Care 

• Light: Place it in a bright spot but not in direct sunlight as it can damage its foliage. However, it can also live in partially shaded or moderately lit areas if indoors.
• Water: Senecio has moderate water requirements. Let it dry out between waterings and reduce the amount of water during the winter period.
• Temperature: It cannot tolerate low temperatures. The ideal temperature range for growing this plant is 21-24 °C, and it is advisable that the temperature does not drop below 13-15 °C.
• Humidity: It does not have particular requirements.
• Fertilization: Apply fertilizer suitable for green plants during the growing season and until temperatures rise in the summer.
• Growing medium/Repotting: Repotting will not concern you for at least two or more years. When it is time to change its pot, choose a narrow clay container. Cactus soil is an ideal choice for this plant as its root system loves excellent aeration.
• Height and growth rate: Final height 1 m. It is a fast-growing plant.
