Waste of money... It was purchased for an elderly person with mobility issues in order to notify us immediately because we live in a different house. Besides the fact that we struggled a lot to connect the device to the router, you receive notifications through an application that does not allow more than one person to receive direct notifications (the second person has to constantly enter the application to check), with every software update (which is frequent) you have to log in again, etc. etc. It is very easy to miss the notification. Of course, there are no clear instructions (it has a small piece of paper with such small letters that cannot be read). So, for cases where the user is in a different house, it makes no sense. Therefore, for our case, it does not work (providing a reliable notification from a user who is in a different house).

Great difficulty in installation. I had to enter my IP and only put the 2.4Mhz otherwise it wouldn't work. Also, in the application, you shouldn't add a "Button" but an alarm. Otherwise, you don't receive a serious notification when the SOS button is pressed. Terrible instructions, insufficient information, I didn't throw it away because I regretted the money I spent. I no longer recommend it to anyone. Not to mention that a power supply is not provided, you have to run around to find cables and sockets.

I bought it with the logic that it connects to a router and sends notifications through an application, unlike other devices that require an extra cost of purchasing a SIM card, and if I lose money, I will lose less.
The device connects relatively quickly through the ewelink application and guides you to the alarm button.
The button has a short range, it doesn't work if there is a floor or rooms in between. It has a faint blue light (which turns on once) to let the elderly person know that the notification has been sent, and it flashes more intensely blue when it is not connected to the device and no notification has been sent (a bit difficult for an elderly person who is alone and urgently needs someone).
Now, from the moment the notification is sent to the router, the caregiver of the elderly person will receive it in the application, but it is not always certain that they will hear it on their mobile phone or see it immediately.
The device is powered by micro USB, power supply and cable are not included in the box, and the instructions are written in such small letters that they are barely visible.
For something urgent that I wanted and with certainty, it doesn't work.

Despite knowing that SONOF products can be hacked, I still ordered it. The packaging does not include a power supply. It works perfectly fine.
