Very good quality. I used it to construct an insert for Mansions of Madness and it came out perfect

I use it for mock-ups and in case you don't want to sit and paint white cardboard, it's very good. Notes from pencil, pen (although it needs good lighting), and even black marker can be seen on top (although it still needs good lighting for that).
