I use it exclusively for making bread dough for a month now. With 1 kilo of flour plus sourdough and water, and a total weight of 1.9 kilos of ingredients at the first speed always, it worked perfectly the dough. With a smaller quantity of 1.2 kilos and the third speed, it can't handle it. I believe the same happens with other kitchen machines of the same class. For me, it is flawless. Time will tell about its durability. Plus, there is a service center for any damage.
Update 8-3-2024: So far, it works without any problem. I use it once a week for making bread dough.
