I thought of giving it 4 stars because the cooperation with the store was excellent and the guy from the service told me that if I have any issues again, they will refund me or so I thought. And what does the guy do? He lied! Naturally. Oh no. The camera got wet. Call them again in Thessaloniki. I tell them and the fun begins. The camera is not for outdoor use, sir! You should have protected it from getting wet. Yes, ma'am, it's IP65 "it's IP66" and it's designed to withstand water from nozzles with low pressure from all directions. No, sir, IP65 is for humidity, etc. "She didn't know the camera's IP rating or what IP is." Good luck figuring it out now. The girl had a bad attitude too. And what do you want now, she tells me. Send me my money back, I reply. Send it to us so we can clean it and send it back to you. Can I speak to a technician, I say. Okay, he will call you. The guy called and remembered why we had spoken 6 times about the sensor a few days before. Yes, we know, he tells me that the camera doesn't do what it claims. In short, they will clean it and send it back to you. The decision was made. Because I am an electronic and mechanical engineer, after being fooled, it's better if I open it myself rather than anyone else. Now, let's talk about the camera. If you are willing to seal it yourself, like I did with the water issue, it's over. As for the rest, the camera is not 4k for any reason, I wouldn't even say it's 720. At 10 meters or motion activation with a 3-second trigger. If you want to use AA batteries, forget it. Not even 2 days, and I'm being generous. The only good thing is the live feature and the night mode, which is great. The LED lights are very bright. Nothing else. That's it. So, 1 star is more than enough.   Owner of a 900pro and an 801pro for the past month now. The upgrade compared to the previous suntek ones that work without an application is huge. Now the adjustment is very easy and anyone can do it. Finally, the comfort of seeing in real time what is happening in your space is priceless.
