The Ultimate SU650 solid state drive incorporates 3D NAND Flash and a high-speed controller, offering capacities of up to 1 TB. It provides read/write performance of up to 520/450MB/s and greater reliability than 2D NAND SSDs.
The SU650 features SLC caching and advanced error correction technologies to ensure optimized performance and data integrity. For those looking to experience a clear computer upgrade, the SU650 is an excellent choice with outstanding cost-performance ratio.
With 3D NAND Flash, the SU650 offers higher performance and increased reliability compared to 2D NAND SSDs with an improved cost-performance ratio.
The intelligent SLC caching algorithm allows the NAND Flash memory to operate in single-level cell mode and enhances performance, helping to maintain SU650's top read/write speeds of up to 520/450 MB per second for smoother and faster boot-ups, file transfers, and downloads.
With the support of ECC (Error Correction Code) technology, the SU650 can detect and correct errors to ensure data integrity and help extend the lifespan of the SSD.
There are no mechanical components inside SSDs, so they outperform traditional HDDs with higher resistance to shocks, vibrations (1500G/0.5ms), and extreme temperatures (0°C-70°C). They are also completely silent and consume very little power, while better protecting your data.
Each purchase of SU650 qualifies for free downloads of ADATA SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility. The SSD Toolbox allows users to monitor and manage the SU650, with information on the drive's status, wear level, and lifespan. The Migration Utility is particularly useful for users transitioning from a hard drive to an SSD, as it is designed for simple and quick backup and migration of entire disk contents, including the operating system.
The SSD ToolBox automatically ensures that you have the latest firmware for optimal performance and allows monitoring of the drive's health and remaining life through Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (SMART) features. It also enables you to monitor the current operating temperature, capacity, and total space used.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
We used it in a budget system that we set up and you can see it here: https://youtu.be/ehI12UTO9Ug?si=e6UJ344DY3KBSR6Z
It is now blue (both the packaging and its sticker) but it is the same model. We were positively surprised by its speed, which is superior to several cheaper SSDs. The only "problem" is its temperature, which appeared as 40+ degrees in Speccy (with room temperature around 20 degrees); we would like to see how high it will get in the summer. However, it was not hot to the touch.
It was purchased as a 2nd disk, not a system, with a capacity of 480 GB two months ago. The disk is very good for its price. You can see the speeds in the photo.
As for the temperature of the disk, now in winter it drops below 10 degrees. I have placed it at the bottom of the case, screwed onto metal, right in front of one intake fan.
So be careful with the placement and airflow of the case, as high temperatures reduce the lifespan of all electronics. Not just disks.
Away from this SSD, it reaches crazy temperatures of 65-70c, it doesn't have a DRAM cache which can make it slow like a hard drive, and it broke after 2 years. It's a waste of plastic. If you want an SSD, look elsewhere like Samsung's SSDs.
I have had it for about 1.5 years, from the beginning problems with MacOS and Windows, the store did not accept it as DOA because they say "it works fine for them". I completely abandoned it for a year and then when I tried it again after a few days, the same thing happened. Wasted money.
Very good for its price, I use it for booting up and I have also installed many games, it opens them quickly within 7-8 seconds, it has improved (I come from a 1 TB HDD 7200rpm and it has saved me)
Really useless, in 2 months it went doa, and I lost important files!!! Irrecoverable, I had to endure it, far away!! The accompanying software is a mess, and the company is generally disorganized
I have had it for a few days, inside I have the windows, and the computer actually starts before I even press the button. Very satisfied for now, in case a problem arises over time, of course, I will change the evaluation. For now, I believe it is worth it. Also, I should mention that it reaches very high temperatures (40-55 degrees constantly), but not more even under full load
I haven't had it for long in my Laptop, but I got it for 30€ with a black Friday offer and it's worth it. For that money, it was hard to find a good 240gb ssd. I haven't noticed any problems so far, the speeds it claims are accurate and overall I think it's worth it for 30€. Now, at 40-45€ there might be better options.
The speeds of his are approximately as stated. His main problem is the temperature that really rises and cooks in laptops that I tested him all the laptop cold and at the point where the ssd was burning... unacceptable and the company supports that this is the correct operating temperature.
Read the characteristics before evaluating ... the disk from its mother works at high temperatures and this does not bother him at all in performance. Adata does it all. I wonder how they made such a good and fast hard drive on the market with such a low price. In the future, I will also see its longevity. For its price, I think it is over the top.
There is good and bad news about this specific disk. The good news is that it has good performance for its category and price.
The bad news is that the temperatures are very high. Constantly above 50 degrees even when operating very lightly. If slightly pressured, it easily reaches 60 degrees.
I bought it and returned it within 3-4 days. They replaced it for me, but the new piece has the same behavior. Either there is an issue with the batch, or they are all like this. No, I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
I had it for 2 months and it gave me a lot of errors and crashes. The only things I had on the disk were Windows and AutoCAD. I had to send it back, but I noticed that it came without the backup tape and it was a bit late
If you need an SSD disk for your operating system and basic programs at a good price, then it is suitable.
Over time, it will be proven if the purchase was worth it.

In exactly one year. He gave up.
Very decent at a very good price. Everything is fine until now. Revived minipc with celeron dual core.
The temperature is constantly above 50 degrees. The cooling system is working overtime.
