It is not waterproof, so I put an ultra plus women's pad inside. (They are cheaper)

It's like a little panty that doesn't stain wherever it lies in the house. It is definitely not for incontinence. The snap closure should be reinforced because it opens (you should sew a stronger point where you want it). It served me well for the job I bought it for.
