It didn't work for me for washing dishes, it's too big for my hand. For tough dirt, e.g. on a baking tray, pot, it's just fine.

For hand washing, just a small amount of detergent and minimal effort.

Why? Because Scrub Daddy and Scrub Mommy are sponges that are made to avoid the use of harsh chemicals that harm health and the environment. They clean without using chlorine, acidic cleaners, or other caustic substances. With a simple dish soap or eco-friendly paste, you can do a great job! Acidic cleaners destroy it, reducing their effectiveness. So, in order to make it last, we need to change our mindset about cleaning! 5 stars with all my heart!

Nothing special... it's not a sponge eraser, the soft side is like the soft side on all kitchen sponges. The hard side scratches, it's hard when cold and soft when warm.
The hard side doesn't clean particularly well, for example, it doesn't have the power to clean the bottom of a slightly dirty pot.
The regular kitchen wire does a better job.
