One of the best purchases I have made! They were worth their money in just one winter. Once I put them on, I never took them off. In terms of style, they are truly versatile, but that's not what this review is about, that's personal for everyone. They are warm (and I, who have freezing feet, particularly appreciated that), they don't slip on silly roads and sidewalks, they don't let water in, and they are comfortable. I got them in my size (they can be worn with thick socks). Also, the catalyst that led me to these is a) the shape they have from the sole (horizontal) to the calf (vertical), which follows the foot and elongates it, and b) (more importantly) that they are slightly taller than most on the market, so they don't cut off the foot where it narrows, at the ankle, thus not making the calf look thicker, but, on the contrary, giving height. That's it.
