They seem to be of good quality and have good lighting. The durability will be revealed over time and how they will handle the rain... If I encounter any issues, I will come back with details.

I received them today and placed them on the balcony. Their construction is well-made despite having thin cables, they are quite durable. They provide satisfactory lighting, as expected since they are LED. The lifespan and resistance to moisture remain to be proven. However, they are the cheapest ones I found in this length. In my case, I needed 8+ meters due to the length of my balcony in order to avoid using extensions, which ultimately turned out to be more expensive. I definitely think they are worth the approximately €35 I bought them for, although they are no longer available.
