Purchased on 03/11/21. I was writing positive reviews with 5 stars noting that it is effective but that I had it for a short time. Positives include the immediate sweet heating, the absence of odors and noises, its beautiful presence in the space, and its very reliable remote control. One lamp is 800w, a second lamp is 1200w, then both together 2000w, and the light at its lower conical part. Hanging not from the ceiling but on an aluminum rod fixed to the wall on a corner support. In the first month of operation, the LED light at the bottom broke. It just faintly shows and flickers (a minor problem). In the second year, the heater did not turn on at all due to the dead central switch. Having knowledge, I unscrewed its lower part and isolated its switch. (I connected the wires and covered them with insulating tape). I then plugged the central switch into the socket. At the beginning of the third year, the 1200w halogen bulb burned out. With only 800w, its operation is deemed unsatisfactory, and I am discontinuing it! 09/11/24. Before I could discontinue it, the other bulb burned out too!! What a pity. Personal advice to buyers is to allow 6-7 seconds between remote controls.
