Impeccable packaging with only one negative. As soon as it came out of the packaging and was opened, there was a plastic information card stuck on the front. However, it was stuck with double-sided tape which was so strong that when I removed the card, half of the tape remained stuck to the body of the dehumidifier. I struggled a lot and managed (with white eraser and then cif for the haze) to remove it without damaging the plastic.
Now let's talk about its function: I have it for dehumidifying two rooms, placed between two rooms with the door closed towards the living room and kitchen, and it does what it promises in a few hours. The difference in air quality is noticeable, especially when it is in operation (optional) and with the Ionizer. As soon as we turn it on and select a program, it shows the humidity levels of the room, which decrease as the dehumidifier operates and time passes. When a room has a lot of humidity, the dehumidifier releases cold air, but as the humidity decreases, the air it releases becomes warmer. This is normal. The dehumidifier draws air from the back and releases it from the top.
It has 3 dehumidification programs + 1 program (dryer) for drying clothes (it works fine when placed in a closed room with the clothes).
Continuous dehumidification program (Cont): it operates continuously until the container is full. You can adjust the intensity (3 levels) of the motor, but not the desired humidity level.
Smart dehumidification program (SMD): In this program, you cannot adjust the intensity or humidity levels, it does everything on its own.
Humidity level program (Set mode): You can adjust the desired humidity level yourself using the + - buttons, as well as the intensity.
All functions can be combined with the Ionizer if desired (fresh button).
The product has an indicator light, as well as an audible notification when the water container is full, and it stops working when the container is full. It also does not work if the container is removed or not properly attached.
It also has a drainage hose if you want to drain the water from the hose to a drain, sink, bucket, anywhere.
It has a timer function to set the desired start or end time of operation.
It has a filter cleaning reminder.
It also has automatic defrosting.
It has wheels and a handle for transportation.
Regarding the noise, which is subjective, without having an opinion from another dehumidifier, I would not be able to sleep while it is in operation at any intensity level. During the day, it is not noticeable, but at night (we are talking about sleeping time), I would not be able to have it in operation and sleep.
However, please note that it has around 35 dB noise, which classifies it as a quiet dehumidifier. It is well-made. 5-year warranty.
I consider it a very good choice for its price (€140).
