For the preparation of 1 liter of ice cream: - the entire content of the sachet (120g) - 600ml low-fat milk (1.5%)
- 1) Empty the contents of the sachet into a deep bowl.
- 2) Heat 300ml of the milk to at least 80°C, stirring continuously, and add it to the bowl until all lumps are dissolved.
- 3) Add the remaining milk, cold, and stir for 5 minutes.
- 4) Pour the final mixture into suitable molds and place in the freezer.
- 5) Stir the mixture approximately every 30 minutes to achieve a soft texture.
