Let's not fool ourselves, good coffee takes time, hence the briki, so let's not ask for the impossible. For making a large cup, I add the corresponding amount of water, coffee, and turn on the machine, immediately starting the stirring. In exactly 1:45", timed, the coffee is ready. Now, for the foam, you have to be very quick to empty the mixture into the cup just before it starts boiling. Okay, the tool is a rocket from the moment you realize that you buy it for its speed and convenience. The coffee it makes is very decent, but as we said, if you want a traditional coffee with perfect foam and bubbles, you will make it in a classic briki with low heat and it will take its time.

We have successfully completed one year and everything is perfect. I just want to clarify that, for better or worse, the briki is exclusively for coffee, it is not suitable for boiling eggs or heating milk. It does its job quickly, economically, and very decently. The only flaw is the cord, which I would have preferred to be at least 10-20 inches longer, but it's okay, a minor issue

Let me make it clear that we do not drink Greek coffee (at least not yet)! The "briki" was purchased solely for the purpose of warming up the baby's milk. Ready-made milk, that is, which is already in the fridge. We simply warm it up slightly so that it is not frozen at refrigerator temperature! Yes, this device does this job extremely well and quickly. Before, I used a regular briki on the kitchen stove and it took about 5-7 minutes. I didn't use a gas burner even though I have one because I felt it would be more expensive. I have the El Greco (that's how it sits) and I see that the spare parts are expensive. So, I bought this "briki" to save time and money. I imagine that because it works for a shorter time, it also consumes less electricity. Anyway, it takes about 1.2 minutes to warm up the milk from refrigerator temperature. So, I solved my problem. Many comments and even the device manual state that it is unsuitable for milk. It is unsuitable for boiling milk. Yes, because firstly it will expand and spill. And the device may become useless. But it will also form a crust with a burnt black coating at the bottom, which can only be cleaned with a wire sponge (as the manual says). Correct. For the simple warming of milk that I do (at room temperature, let's say), there is absolutely no issue. It forms a very thin crust at the bottom. White. Which can be easily cleaned with the sponge we use to wash dishes with on the first pass. In about 1 second. And the "briki" remains new! I also wanted to mention that this "briki" is not really a briki but a kettle. It's the first time I bought it and I thought it had a spout. No. It is a small kettle that is easily cleaned because it is open without a lid. And it does exactly the same job. I think the boiling times are exactly the same. You can see it in the photos. The negatives as a first impression: 1) The short cord. Many people have mentioned it. 2) The max indication, which is supposed to be filled up to there so that it doesn't spill in case of boiling, is at most 350 ml... It's not more. I use 330 ml of milk for the baby. Measured in the bottle. And I touch the indication. Not that I care since it does the job. But it's good for others to know that it can reach the MAX indication at around 350ml!! If there is anything negative, I will return! For now, the kettle is fast and easy to clean. These are the things we keep and give it 5 stars! Edit: Almost 1 month later. We know that the brand Eurolamp is a cheap and useless brand in general. I don't know if there is anything good about what they make. I had a previous experience with their spotlights that burn almost daily. It was a mistake to choose this particular kettle from the beginning. Anyway, I just made the baby's milk as I do every day. And when I put my finger inside to feel the temperature (as I usually do), I got an electric shock! My hand got shocked (which is numb), and the milk spilled everywhere! Fortunately, nothing worse happened! So, how reliable is this brand? Is it possible to have an electric leakage 1 month later? In a practically new device? Stay away from this company from now on! I will never buy anything from Eurolamp again! Pay attention!

  I bought the black pitcher, it's definitely not 600ml. It barely fits 1 and 1/2 cup of Nes water, that's why I'm showing you the photos. I measured it and it's about 300ml. I called the store where I bought it and they told me maybe the company made a mistake. Either way, I feel like I've been deceived. If I wanted 300ml, I could have found it for 8€. I also want to add that after some use, black residues started coming out in the water, which are probably from the plastic because the water goes in clean in the pitcher and then comes out in the cup with various black particles floating inside. Total failure!
