  I give 4 stars because I experience the following: While the meals are normally scheduled in the app and the food is also dispensed at all the right times, the app sends me a notification that something went wrong and the pet was not fed during the hours between 08:00 and 17:00. I reiterate that only the notification is incorrect; the food is dispensed properly. (Of course, I have restarted, deleted, and reprogrammed, etc.)
  On the positive side, after 3 months, the feeder works continuously (in an outdoor sheltered area) and the cat has not missed a single meal, even when I am away for many days, the capacity is more than sufficient, and the food remains unchanged. In short, both I and the cat are at ease because it has learned the schedule and does not need to align with mine.
  On the negative side, the power cord is very short, the fact that the camera does not see the bowl so you know if food has been dispensed or not, or if it came to eat (unless you see it on the camera while it is eating), and finally the fact that I struggled to connect it to wifi/app the first time.

  The most wasted money I have ever spent in my life on any technology product:
  - Almost half of the device's cost goes to the camera (which is otherwise extremely cheap and low-quality) that, however, does not have motion detection, so it is essentially useless (you can't even see how much food is in the bowl where it is placed)... you can simply get a web camera for 20€-30€ with motion detection, place it next to a feeder that costs 40€-50€ (so that you can see if and when the pet went to eat, if the bowl has enough food, etc.) and do your job 10 times better and more economically!
  - Within 2 months, it completely lost contact with Wi-Fi (permanently in "Offline" mode, etc.) and we couldn't connect it again, not even by resetting the device from scratch... the dealership is currently nonexistent, we are trying to figure things out with the supplier (I will come back soon with an update)...

  After many months of use, I have to say that it is a very high-quality product. It does what it says very well and is worth its high price.

  Problems we have encountered:

  A few times it has happened to dispense more food than it should. This has occurred after many manual feeds. I think it is a bug related to the maximum feeds per day. I don't think it will bother you.

  In cases of blackout or changing feeding times, the feeding times may need to be readjusted. We have not yet tried connecting a battery bank because when we are away on a trip, someone always comes to the house. Besides, in the app, we can see all the successful feeds.

  The app is very user-friendly. The camera sometimes freezes and requires restarting the app.

  The camera does not rotate, but the lens is wide-angle. Also, even though you know how many grams of food have fallen into the container, you cannot see the container with the camera, so you don't know if your cat has already eaten it.

  The audio is not two-way. You either listen or speak. However, it is not an issue because cats generally do not speak :-). Our cat sometimes comes if we call her. If we feed her, she runs, and we can see her coming through the camera. - Also, if my girlfriend has her phone on silent and I am looking for her, sometimes I speak to her through the feeder. The speaker is loud :-)

  The sound when it dispenses food is repulsive and sounds like an alarm. We have disabled it from the app. The volume of the sound of the dry food falling into the plastic container is quite loud, and our cat always hears it.

  None of the problems are significant enough. In all the important aspects, the product is excellent, and the quality of the plastic is high! Ideal for controlling your cat's food dosage. The only limitation is that the food must be dry.

  UPDATE: 29/8/2023: The product still works perfectly, just like before. Its plastic parts are in perfect condition, just like when we bought it.

  Update: after 1 month of use, I have to say that this feeder is incredible! The portions always come out on time, and the camera it has is very helpful because you can see your dog eating remotely. For a dog weighing around 10 kg, the food for morning and evening meals lasts about 8 days. I highly recommend this feeder. If you can't find it around here for about 100 euros, look elsewhere. I also bought this power bank and it fits perfectly in the opening it has at the back, you need this if you have power outages where you live, for example in the village... Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 3 Ultra Compact 10000mAh 22.5W with 2 USB-A Ports and USB-C Port Black. The power bank from Skroutz is around 17€.

  I have had it for 5 days and I am very satisfied! It does exactly what it promises.
  You can see, hear, and talk to your cat or dog wherever you are.
  The only thing for sure is that it won't go hungry.
  It takes a power bank which charges while the machine is plugged in, and in case of a power outage, it remembers the programmed feeding times and dispenses the portions normally even without Wi-Fi!
  The only thing I didn't consider was the size, and it doesn't fit where I wanted it to.
