Some programs are 6 kilograms, some 8, some 10, and maybe some are 4! It takes water according to the program, so if it doesn't get the right amount of water, it won't dissolve the detergent. What did I do about it? As it takes water, I add extra water with a large bottle so that the clothes get wet and make a flapping sound as they rotate. There is no problem with the fabric softener, even if it takes it at the beginning. However, we can pour a little water in the last half hour of each wash... It didn't cause any damage to me, but for those who experienced issues, there are warranties. I bought it for 330 euros. It doesn't make noise as long as the legs are properly installed. It works at 1400 revolutions per minute and almost dries the clothes. The truth is that it doesn't iron or make coffee.... Some reviews are unacceptable, except for those where the washing machine had a malfunction. In the one-hour program, I wash and add water. Very dirty clothes require the 2-3 hour programs. I wash blankets in the bathtub and then put them in the washing machine to drain, and they come out like cotton! I even wash my mother's clothes! For this money, it's the best washing machine I've ever had!!! Add legs and it makes even less noise, which it doesn't make anyway if it's properly placed on the floor.

I just found out from the comments that it pulls the fabric softener along with the detergent, and I realized this because in the two-hour program, after one hour of washing, there is no fabric softener in the compartment. I was wondering why it was washing so poorly, all this time I thought I was doing something wrong... Because the fabric softener dissolves the detergent, so we have clothes washed with water and a "cocktail" of fabric softener+detergent. It wrinkles the clothes, whether at 400 rpm or more. But let's say it's "worth the price of the drum." It jumps around during the spin cycle, no matter how "correctly you put the clothes in the drum," and even if you calculate the program by estimating the weight of the wet (!) clothes.

(from what I see in the comments, it's not the only one experiencing this!!) It smelled burnt during the spin cycle in the last 2-3 washes before it broke down!
I was sitting there watching it as it was spinning like crazy, afraid I might see smoke coming out or maybe it would explode with all the shaking it was doing and making such a deafening noise... luckily we escaped the worst and survived!
So, after changing the motherboard, I thought okay maybe it was defective and it happens, I believed that my troubles were over and it would work fine from now on... Today, on June 14, 2023, IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN!!!! Fault E01, it doesn't recognize that there are clothes inside, they told me on the phone from the company...I'm waiting for the technician to make the final assessment... the question is how many more times will it need repair. I hope this is the last one!
As long as it's under warranty, I'll deal with it... after that, if it breaks down again, it's going for disposal... IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

It's quiet, the programs are sufficient and satisfactory, I have put in extra large blankets and it has washed them perfectly, I have never had a problem with fabric softener, the clothes and blankets smell great and I always add the fabric softener from the beginning. I believe that the washing machine is defective and should be immediately withdrawn from the market,

Initially, on the 2nd wash on quick mode, after washing when it goes to spin, it gets stuck at the 17th minute and you can hear the sound of the water pump. I need to restart the program at least 1-2 times for it to start spinning. Speaking with the company, they tell me they will send a technician but if the problem is our fault, I will be charged for the visit. It's the 10th day and I'm still waiting for the technician.

On the positive side, it has a variety of programs, spin speed adjustment, a comfortable drum (although it doesn't seem like it can hold 10 kg) and easy adjustment even for a beginner.
As for the negatives: it definitely makes a lot of noise, especially during the spin cycle. Compared to my previous washing machine, I see a huge difference in this aspect. Many times, it reaches a point where the noise is unbearable.
Additionally, I can't say that it cleans the clothes completely unless I use a long program with high spin speed. However, I have noticed that the higher the spin speed, the louder the noise, so I try to avoid it as much as possible. The biggest flaw of the washing machine is that the program often gets stuck. While it should run for an hour, it suddenly stays there and just spins without washing. This forces me to use the quick program (e.g. 60 minutes) in order to at least have the spin cycle, but the clothes don't get washed properly. Finally, another drawback is the issue with the fabric softener mentioned by others. Whether I use it or not, it's the same.
Overall, it is a simple and convenient washing machine for a student or someone living alone or with a partner. For a family with children, who will likely use it more frequently, I do not recommend it in my opinion, as it doesn't seem very durable.Translated from Greek ·- Number of programs

The technician came and changed the circuit board. Less than a month later, another problem with the water pump occurred and the technician came and fixed it. In the next approximately 20 days, it stopped spinning the clothes again. The technician came again with a lot of stories and took it with him! They called us for a circuit board and water heater replacement and brought it back after 15 days. It worked for 3 days and now it's doing its own thing again... Did you find this review helpful?I also bought the washing machine at 322. At such a price, it is a super opportunity. Many programs, large drum, quiet operation during washing-spinning. It makes some noises, from the door locking, some loud cracks. The negatives are that you can see its plastics and they are not of good quality, the soap dispenser for example. The door does not seem sturdy when you open it. And its inadequate instructions, for example it has a button to select stains, the instructions mention an example for 2 stains (blood, egg), but do not mention what the symbols on the washing machine are, surely one is oil, for the other 3 you have to play Joker. Also, opening the filter cover, there is a blue round plastic that is unknown what it does.
I will also give a solution for the fabric softener issue.
First and foremost, we do not put too much fabric softener (also check the instructions on the fabric softener bottle), make sure it is well below the max indication in the compartment. The compartment works on the principle of Archimedes' cup, if the fabric softener is at the limits with the slightest water that will fall from the adjacent detergent compartment (wrong design), it will pull all the fabric softener.
I concluded after many trials that, a little water also falls in the fabric softener compartment, from the main wash compartment.
Secondly, we do not use the blue plastic that looks like a plate, to convert the detergent compartment from powder to liquid. We put the detergent directly into the drum. From the first minute it was plugged in, it had problems, making incredible noise throughout the entire washing process and the programs were getting stuck (the timer was sticking) and taking about an hour and a half longer than the expected time. Tragic treatment from the dealership, which tried in every way to avoid returning the device (which was our legal right based on DOA) and even more tragic was their service, which tried to forcefully convince us that the device had no problem..!! Fortunately, we had recorded the entire process during the washing..!!.
