It only serves for some sofas, it is not something sturdy, it is thin sheet metal which looks very delicate, wheels made of hard plastic but not something solid, I don't trust it with something heavy, only for sofas. The lever makes it very difficult because it has a large call and slips, it is not useful if you want to lift, for example, a refrigerator or a cabinet or a buffet, you need to exert a lot of force to lift it, the lever is short and definitely requires a second person, you can't do it alone, only if you are poor!!!!!!

The accessory that supposedly lifts the furniture may not be useful because if the furniture is too heavy, it doesn't even wedge underneath so you can use it; however, the four corners with wheels are very useful on their own. With the help of another person, you place it on them and move the furniture. We moved a changing table-dresser to the next room that two strong people couldn't lift.

And in no case does it help if there is a thick carpet underneath or if you want to move something from the tile to the carpet. The lever also doesn't work for all types of furniture, like table legs or a desk. I wouldn't buy something similar again.

  I ordered the Yato YT-37490 for easy moving of heavy furniture. Opening the package, the impression was very positive. 4 sturdy, steel support bases, each with 3 sets of heavy-duty wheels, a total of 9 wheels per base. Each base is covered by a thin elastic surface to protect the edges of the lifted object. The lifting rod is sturdy and does its job correctly. As soon as I received it, I tested it on a couch. The whole process was very easy, and in 2 minutes I was moving the couch around the living room.

  Two personal observations, which do not diminish the value of the item:

  1. The length of the rod could be slightly longer, to create better leverage and require less force.
  2. The wheels could have some kind of brake or lock, because when you have lifted one side of the furniture, trying to lift it from the other side to place the bases, the furniture slides and requires a bit of caution, especially if the floor is slippery, like in my case (marble).

  Final conclusion: The Yato YT-37490 is a worthy product, perfect for the job it is intended for.

  EDIT 25/6/2022: After intense use in the past few days, I take back the above 2 observations.

  1. The rod has the right length to fit in limited spaces without requiring excessive force.
  2. The presence of brakes on the wheels is unnecessary. The lifting method is easy and balanced, the only thing needed is some familiarity with the operation of the system.
