  For its price, it is a very good choice!

  The sole has good grip on all types of terrain, except for wet marble (e.g. in squares), while the shoe is comfortable and lightweight for hours of hiking.

  For summer, it doesn't heat up the foot too much, and it is waterproof up to the ankle, which is very helpful for streams and puddles. Once it gets wet, however, it doesn't dry easily for the same reason, so be careful!

  I also followed the advice of others and got a size larger (43+1/3 instead of 42+2/3), which fit perfectly, so I give the same advice.

  Every morning I walk on moist grass and yesterday I washed the car wearing them. The shoes are 100% waterproof under these conditions. They are very comfortable, they don't tire you in work and walking conditions. For normal mountain trails they are perfect but also for wearing them as work shoes all day long. If they withstand time, it will be a wonderful purchase for the 90 euros I paid for them.

  I bought them to wear on rainy days and ended up wearing them for agricultural work (olive picking) in a mountainous field with many rocks and rough terrain. Incredible shoes, comfortable, and water doesn't get through at all. Unfortunately, in Greece, their price is quite steep, so I bought them from abroad for much cheaper.

  Since I bought them, I have only taken two walks... On the first walk, we encountered heavy rain but they didn't get wet. They are lightweight, don't slip, and I feel comfortable in them. I wear size 42 2/3 in Adidas sneakers, but I bought these in size 43 1/3 and I think I made the right choice. I will come back after a few months once I have tested them more.

  Excellent choice with one important note. One should get a size larger than what they normally wear. However, they are very good for walking and completely useless for orthostasis. Perfect grip on any surface due to the continental sole.
