The best thing, with the only downside being that it needs to be charged daily, hence the 4 stars. The only one at this price that combines phone usage with being waterproof and having wallet functionality! In other words, for those who swim distances, you have everything you need in one watch! Just make sure to charge it beforehand!
I tried it for my child, so that I can track his location and communicate with him (to avoid using a mobile phone), but due to its two "flaws", I would not recommend it to another parent.
- The battery doesn't last the whole day (it barely lasts 8 hours), just enough for school and back.

I recently acquired this watch and there is nothing negative about it. However, what bothers me is that the battery runs out quickly. The price is quite good. You can play games and view some photos you have transferred, it's like having a second mobile phone. Also, you can make payments from the watch with NFC, send messages, and listen to music. I didn't want to write a review in the first few weeks because I wanted to have a complete picture.
Every month, at least once, the watch crashes and doesn't respond.
As a result, the battery drains and needs to be recharged from scratch and then it functions normally.
Every day it gives me inaccurate measurements for everything.
Initially, when I lie down to sleep and while I'm lying down and not sleeping but talking to friends or reading or listening to music or watching a movie, it shows that I'm asleep.
I wake up and while I'm lying in bed, it continues to show that I'm asleep.
When I sit down and move my hands while not walking, it tells me "Congratulations, you've reached your goal" and it counts the steps of the day.
It measures heart rate and has a deviation of about +- 2 to 4 beats, either more or fewer.
The oxygen measurement has a deviation of about +- 2 to 3% oxygen.
The applications on the phone freeze at least once a week.
The battery, although it claims to have a battery life of about 1 week, actually needs to be charged every day or at least every other day.
Sometimes, especially in the summer, it overheats and gives me the feeling - thought that it might explode in my hand.
The automatic brightness on the screen works randomly.
At night, it randomly increases or decreases the brightness without any change in the ambient brightness.
During the day, it presents the same problem of increasing or decreasing brightness for no reason.
For 2 years, from 2021 to 2023, the Wear OS 4 operating system has not received any updates or upgrades.
All the problems it had from the first day I bought it, it still has them today.
I wanted to buy the Watch5, but it has almost no difference from the Watch4, neither in terms of material nor software.
I was considering buying the Watch6, but it also has no significant difference from the Watch4.
For 3 years, Samsung has been releasing more or less the same models at the same prices, without any substantial differences in material and software.
I'm looking to buy another brand, like the Apple iWatch 8 or 9, but I'll have to change my phone as well for it to work.

The watch is simply UNACCEPTABLE! The battery is just NOT ENOUGH. I hope I don't come across as excessive and you overlook my post because you will regret it unfortunately, just like I did!
Its main disadvantage is that when it works autonomously, i.e. with the mobile phone closed or far away, apart from the problem of fast battery depletion that most people mention, and in areas with relatively weak signal (2/3 out of 5), after 3 minutes of conversation it OVERHEATS and goes into AIRPORT MODE for 5 minutes, disconnecting the connection. I even took it to Samsung Service, and they returned it to me saying vaguely that they changed the motherboard. But Golgotha did not end here, because since it was reset, data restoration had to be done, which was done quickly as I had predicted to take a backup. But then the Esim had to be reloaded, but the QrCode works ONLY once, so I had to replace the Esim (which is unacceptable every time you reset for any reason not to be able to use the old QRCode). The final result? The same, nothing changed! trying to make a call from the watch: it OVERHEATS again in 3 minutes!!! Generally, from what I was informed, there is no relevant experience with LTE, very few have been sold.
The disadvantage is that the battery lasts for one day.
This watch serves all the functions you want to do with a smartwatch and a sports tracker. However, the battery remains its huge disadvantage. Therefore, pay attention to the following paragraph:
If you switch to esim on the galaxy watch4, then if you don't have good signal (more than three bars) on your mobile and phone, do not have it enabled. Only when you are in a place with full signal. Otherwise, your battery can run out in 1 hour!!!!! Pay attention to this for sure. In order for your battery to last more than 11 hours, you need:
heart rate and blood pressure measurement to be on manual, battery saving mode enabled, which means that wifi is automatically off and the screen's automatic rotation with wrist movement is also off. Also, turn off oxygen measurement during sleep. When you sleep and don't care about recording it, take it off your wrist.
With everything on, the watch lasts 3 hours.
The galaxy watch could be the perfect smartwatch.
